The Edmonton Mopar Club was started in 1997 after the demise of the first Mopar club in Edmonton then named Edmonton Mopars. After the first club shut down, people in that club knew the need to carry on and established the club now known as the Edmonton Mopar Club. Membership over the years has grown to a high of 180 members. With the beginings of the new club came changes, organized car shows, and a return to Castrol Raceway to celebrate it's 10th Anniversary in 2007. Changes also included an established high class newsletter and finally a website to keep it's members up to date on happenings in the Mopar community.
